AutoScale Ventures is seeking a proactive AI Product Builder to turn ideas into AI-powered products, starting with an AI-driven Marketing Engine. You’ll own product development from concept through launch, collaborating with marketing to align with user needs and building intuitive workflows.

The role is hands-on, remote, and focused on automating workflows, improving efficiency, and driving business growth with AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years shipping digital products as a product manager, product designer, product developer, or related roles.
• Strong product judgment and understanding of user needs.
• Good eye for UI/UX design and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build products, prototypes, or automation workflows.

• Strong initiative, ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive AI Product Builder with strong product judgment, a good eye for UX design, and the ability to turn ideas into functional products using AI tools.

You’ll initially focus on building our AI-powered Marketing Engine and other tools that help automate workflows, improve efficiency, and support business growth.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys understanding user needs, designing intuitive solutions, and taking ownership of products from idea to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product development from idea to launch, including research, planning, prototyping, testing, and improvement.
