Job summary

Motive seeks a Technical Program Analyst specializing in AI to build and optimize Motive’s AI-driven support platforms and the ecosystem powering its Global Support Organization. You’ll be configuring AI agents, integrating Sierra and Salesforce, and enabling scalable automation rooted in enterprise workflows.

You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, improve resolution rates, and drive customer satisfaction through AI-first solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technology operations role or similar contact center experience.
• 2+ years configuring and managing conversational AI platforms like Sierra, with Salesforce integrations.
• Strong project management, analytics, and process-mapping skills.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and related ecosystem; 3rd party integrations.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; eager to learn.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to drive results.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator/Consultant preferred.
• AI-for-customer-support certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational flows, prompts, and automations to optimize user experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI platforms with Salesforce and internal APIs.
• Monitor AI agent performance, analyze transcripts, and iterate configurations.
• Support management in achieving tech and ops goals with AI-first solutions.
• Triage issues and edge cases for internal tools and customer-facing workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Vendors on new system workflows and integrations.
• Manage access requests and configuration governance for tools.
• Translate requirements into UATs and post-implementation validation.
• Participate in evaluation and selection of technology tools for post-sales teams.
