Job summary

Motive is seeking a Technical Program Analyst specializing in AI to build, optimize, and maintain AI-driven conversational support platforms for its Global Support Organization. You will design flows, prompts, and automations, and partner with teams to integrate with Salesforce and internal APIs for seamless end-to-end resolution.

The role focuses on improving resolution rates and customer satisfaction by configuring intelligent AI agents and continuously refining the platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a technology operations role or similar experience with contact center operations.
• 2+ years configuring and managing conversational AI platforms like Sierra, with Salesforce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design AI agent conversational flows and automations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Integrate AI platforms with core systems such as Salesforce and internal APIs for end-to-end resolution.
• Monitor agent performance, analyze transcripts, and iterate configurations to boost resolution and satisfaction.
• Support management with AI-first solutions to achieve technology and operational goals.
• Triage day-to-day issues and edge cases in internal tools and customer-facing workflows.
