Job summary

Quantumronics in Islamabad seeks a motivated student for a paid internship with a direct path to full-time employment in AI/ML and quantum computing. You will contribute to real projects under mentorship from experienced researchers and engineers, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to state-of-the-art frameworks.

Ideal candidates have a computing or data science background, solid Python experience, and familiarity with ML libraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed or in final year in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, or related field.
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with classification algorithms (e.g., XGBoost, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, KNN, Neural Networks).
• Experience with data preprocessing (Pandas, NumPy).
• Understanding of deep learning concepts (CNNs, RNNs, transformers) is a plus.
• Exposure to Quantum Computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to read and implement research papers.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
