Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI)
- Production-level prompt engineering for reusable prompts
- Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Python proficiency for AI tooling and Azure/AI Foundry
- Ability to build end-to-end automated workflows, not just chatbots
Responsibilities
- Design and build the AI migration pipeline from ingestion to delivered code for review
- Write and maintain the prompt template library for converting legacy components
- Configure AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) into daily workflow
- Create automated quality checks with AI-generated tests before output to developers
- Connect the pipeline to version control (auto-branches, PRs, AI summaries)
- Monitor output quality and refine prompts as migration progresses
- Collaborate with the Fullstack Developer to align outputs with review queues
