Job Description:

Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Marketing & Social Media Executive with hands-on experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, or agency marketing. The ideal candidate should be able to manage social media, execute performance marketing campaigns, use AI tools to automate marketing workflows, and support lead generation.

The role combines AI-powered marketing, social media management, content creation, outbound campaigns, and performance tracking. The primary objective is to generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Marketing & Automation

• Build and manage AI-powered marketing workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, and Zapier.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for research, content, and campaign execution.
• Develop automated workflows for lead generation, content distribution, and reporting.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage company social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute social media content strategies.
• Create engaging posts, reels, videos, and other marketing content.
• Monitor engagement, trends, and competitor activities.

3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
• Support B2B lead generation and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Research target audiences, ideal customer profiles, and potential accounts.
• Track campaign performance and optimize activities to improve results.

4. SEO, AEO & GEO

• Support SEO and AI search visibility initiatives.
• Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor social media and campaign performance.
• Track website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Use GA4, CRM platforms, and reporting tools to measure results.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, or agency marketing.
• Practical experience in both performance marketing and social media management.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and short-form video platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and lead generation.
• Familiarity with GA4, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate at least 3 AI or marketing automation workflows.
• A portfolio showing measurable marketing and social media results.
