LLMP is seeking an AI-enabled UI/UX Designer to craft high-quality product and marketing visuals for web and mobile interfaces and AI-powered tools. You will create engaging content for product experiences, campaigns, and social media, while maintaining a consistent design system across platforms.

The role blends technical design with creative execution, requiring a strong portfolio, Figma mastery, After Effects, and hands-on AI tools knowledge.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience in UI/UX design or related role.
• Portfolio showcasing UI screens, ad creatives, social content and video work.
• Strong UI/UX fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, typography, usability and responsiveness.
• Proficient in Figma for UI design, prototyping and system management.
• Expert in After Effects and proficient in Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Hands-on with AI image/video tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.).
• Ability to write prompts to generate high-quality AI visuals.
• Understanding of video formats and platform optimisations for social media.
• Ability to communicate specs clearly to engineering; rapid iteration.

About the Role

We're seeking a talented AI-Enabled UI/UX Designer to create high-quality product and marketing visuals that capture our brand's essence. You'll work across web and mobile interfaces, AI-powered tools, and creative design to produce engaging content for product experiences, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms. This role combines technical design expertise with creative execution to deliver polished visual output across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile products including landing pages, dashboards, and user flows
• Build and maintain a consistent design system and visual identity across all products and platforms
• Create marketing assets including social media creatives, banner ads, newsletter templates, and ad creatives for campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, YouTube, and Facebook
• Produce and edit short-form video content, motion graphics, and animations for product demos, ads, and social media
• Source and curate assets from stock libraries including Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, and Envato
• Collaborate with the GTM team to translate campaign briefs into high-quality visual assets
• Work closely with the engineering team, providing detailed specs and design guidance to ensure accurate implementation
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance data, and user behaviour
• Stay updated with design trends, AI creative tools, and platform-specific content formats

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI screens, ad creatives, social media content, and video work — mandatory
• Strong foundation in UI/UX principles: layout, hierarchy, typography, usability, and responsiveness
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design system management
• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools including Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Pika Labs, and ElevenLabs for creative production
• Ability to write effective prompts to generate high-quality AI visuals, images, and videos across different styles and formats
• Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform optimisations across social media and digital advertising
• Technical understanding strong enough to communicate specs and implementation requirements to the engineering team
• Strong Plus: Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Claude Design, Google Stitch, or OpenDesign for rapid UI generation and prototyping
• Nice to Have: Keen interest in social media platforms and content trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest to inform design decisions
• Nice to Have: Experience with Webflow or Framer for web design and deployment
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with HTML and CSS to support front-end implementation
