Job summary

You will conduct initial interviews, build pipelines, maintain CRM/ATS records, and prepare shortlists with relevant insights. Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, HR, Psychology or related field.
• Experience recruiting, sourcing or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with US/European recruitment practices is a plus.
• Interest in AI-driven hiring solutions is a plus.
