Job summary

10Pearls, a global digital engineering partner, seeks an SDET to build and execute automated testing across component, API, E2E, and backend. You will work hands-on with Python, Selenium, Robot Framework, CI/CD, Linux, databases, and container tech.

Responsibilities include leading test strategy, mentoring juniors, researching AI-based QA tools, and implementing AI-enhanced test plans and scripts to improve accuracy and scalability.

Qualifications

• Python is required for Component Testing.
• Linux environments for backend automation and CLI work.
• REST API testing, including API contracts and performance testing.
• Robot Framework usage for test automation.
• Selenium UI automation, preferably with PERL modules.
• Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for code and CI.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate QA aspects of software development using AI tools.
• Lead test strategy development aligned with client objectives with AI.
• Research and evaluate new tools and AI-based testing approaches.
• Mentor junior team members in technical and client-facing skills.
• Develop and implement AI-enhanced test plans and scripts.
• Communicate resource needs for testing and QA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle.
