Job summary

SARC MedIQ is seeking a Demand Generation & AI Automation lead to drive qualified demand for our US-based healthcare SaaS. You will own multi‑channel campaigns, leverage HubSpot for segmentation and measurement, and apply AI-assisted prospecting to accelerate opportunities.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to convert demand into demos, opportunities and ultimately revenue, while continuously testing and refining strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS growth or demand generation with evidence of creating qualified pipeline.
• Strong HubSpot execution: segmentation, workflows, lead routing, attribution, reporting.
• Multi-channel campaign experience across paid search/social, email, SEO, landing pages, testing.
• Practical AI and automation experience: agents, enrichment, research, workflow tools.
• Commercial discipline: manage budgets, prioritize work, act on sales feedback.
• Degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn commercial objectives into campaigns and demonstrations, measure results and improve performance.
• Own HubSpot assets: segmentation, routing, attribution and reporting; scale campaigns.
• Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach, and scheduling; maintain data quality.
• Create content and landing pages; test messages and offers; track outcomes and learnings.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and assets are reused.
