Job summary

Xenon Seven is seeking an AI Cybersecurity Architect to lead the bank's AI security governance, policies, and architectural standards for AI/ML systems. You will shape AI security across data ingestion, training, deployment, and inference, ensuring alignment with international standards and Egyptian regulations.

The role demands deep expertise in AI security controls, MLOps security, and risk assessment, with the ability to communicate complex risks to executives while working closely with data

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cybersecurity Architecture or IT Risk Governance.
• 3+ years securing AI/ML systems with enterprise governance.
• Experience in Egypt's regulated banking sector and CBE regulations.
• Excellent communication to C-suite and boards; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Establish AI Security Governance Frameworks and policies aligned with NIST/ISO and CBE.
• Design and enforce security controls across AI/ML lifecycle (data, training, deployment, inference).
• Define secure MLOps architectures with integrated security checks and scans.
• Lead risk assessments and threat modeling for AI implementations.
• Develop vendor AI governance assessment frameworks and third-party risk controls.
