SME Careers, a fast-growing AI data services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks a Copywriting & Content SME for an hourly, remote contractor role. Review AI-generated outputs and create expert copy, evaluating reasoning quality, intent alignment, and step-by-step writing decisions while providing precise feedback.

You will assess accuracy, brand fit, tone, and adherence to prompts; identify issues in logic, structure, and compliance risk; write high-quality explanations and rewrites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English or related field.
• 5+ years in copywriting, content writing, editorial, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
• Strong command of brand voice and audience-aware writing (B2B and/or B2C).
• Ability to evaluate and improve writing for clarity, structure, persuasion, and consistency.
• Spot and correct factual errors, weak reasoning, and potential compliance issues.
• Familiarity with formats like landing pages, emails, blogs, ads, social posts, product copy, scripts, and long-form guides.
• C1 English proficiency; provide actionable feedback and rewrites.
• Self-directed and reliable for hourly remote work across time zones.
• Prior experience with AI data training/annotation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content across formats and industries.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve clarity, persuasion, tone, and reliability.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, bias, unsafe advice, and brand-risk issues; validate reliability across use cases.
