PackageX is seeking a curious and driven Content Strategist to help build authority in AI-powered logistics. You will translate complex topics into clear TL;DRs and long-form pieces for enterprise audiences, collaborating with SEO, product, and marketing teams.

The role focuses on AI, logistics, and warehouse operations content, developing strategies, producing high-volume articles, guides, and reports, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate research while maintaining originality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS content strategy and SEO.
Ability to turn complex topics into clear narratives.
Experience with CMS and SEO/content tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals and growth priorities.
Research and create content around AI, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and tech.
Produce high volume content: SEO articles, thought leadership, product-led content, guides.
Develop content strategies around keywords, search intent, and industry trends.
Optimize content for traditional SEO and AI-powered discovery experiences.
Collaborate with SEO, marketing, product, sales, and SMEs to translate complex concepts.
Audit and optimize existing content; monitor performance metrics and ROI.
Build repeatable content processes and scalable workflows.
Stay current on generative AI, SEO, and logistics technology developments.
