Job summary

Spekit is seeking an AI Content Specialist to join our Customer Success team at a pivotal inflection point. The role focuses on turning raw source material into polished Spekit experiences, guiding AI-driven content building with QA, and ensuring outputs are clear and useful.

You’ll work with Customer Success and Solutions teams to implement new clients, balance automation with human editorial judgment, and help shape scalable content workflows.

Qualifications

• Must be able to rewrite dense documents into clear, useful content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing work.
• Strong sense of layout, formatting, and readability.
• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Content Building: scrape, import, structure content at scale using AI tools.
• Editorial & Quality Control: refine outputs to be clear, human-like and high quality.
• Design & Visual Structure: ensure consistent formatting and visual hierarchy.
• Customer & Team Collaboration: partner with CS and Solutions to deliver client-ready content.
