Capgemini in Pakistan seeks a Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years in Finance & Accounting, Banking or Insurance. You will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder management and process automation, with hands-on Gen AI/AI‑ML and ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, HighRadius).

You'll work with client teams on transformation programs, delivering practical solutions and driving value across P2P, O2C and R2R in a collaborative, growth‑oriented Capgemini environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance & Accounting, Banking, or Insurance.
• Hands-on with Gen AI, AI/ML solutions and ERP platforms.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, user stories and process automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for Finance Transformation programs.
• Drive stakeholder management and client engagement across ERP implementations.
• Design solutions and enable process automation in P2P, O2C and R2R cycles.
