Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to identify manual tasks across departments and transform them into AI-driven processes. You will work closely with teams, including KSA-based stakeholders, to understand workflows and implement automation solutions that boost productivity.

You will design and lead automation projects using LLMs, APIs, and tools like Zapier, Make, and Power Automate, and you will monitor performance, document processes, and continuously optimize systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2+ years in AI, automation or software development.
• Hands-on with AI tools like OpenAI, ChatGPT, LLMs.
• Experience with automation tools: Zapier, Make, Power Automate.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

The role involves working closely with different teams, including KSA-based stakeholders, to understand workflows and implement automation solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to automate tasks using AI across different departments
• Analyze existing workflows and suggest improvements through automation
• Design and implement AI-based solutions (LLMs, automation tools, APIs, etc.)
• Lead automation projects from planning to execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including KSA teams, to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation
• Work closely with KSA stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business needs
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and tools
• Monitor performance of automation solutions and continuously optimize them
• Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and implementations
• Stay updated with latest AI tools, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in AI, automation, or software development
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, ChatGPT, LLMs)
