- Eight+ years’ experience in .NET technology and C#, with three years as a Technical Team Lead.
- Experience managing Agile development teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.

- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver quality software solutions.
- Drive Agile development processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
