Sperton Global is seeking a developer to build AI-powered applications for its platforms and clients. You will connect LLMs to APIs, databases, and business systems to deliver agent workflows that automate real work in production.

You will design multi-step AI workflows, integrate LLMs and external data sources, and contribute to live projects with the existing team. Strong Python or Node.js/TypeScript, REST API, and DB experience are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years in backend or full-stack development.
• Proficient in Python or Node.js/TypeScript with REST API integrations.
• Experience building LLM-based apps or AI agents (OpenAI or other providers).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Understanding of tool calling, structured outputs, context management, and RAG.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Track record of deploying production applications.

Responsabilidades

We’re hiring a developer to build AI-powered applications for our existing platforms, new products, and our clients. You’ll connect LLMs to APIs, databases, and business systems to deliver agent workflows that automate real work in production.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build AI agent applications and multi-step workflows that automate business tasks.
• Add AI features to existing Sperton applications and client systems.
• Support our existing team and ongoing tech work, contributing to live projects alongside current development team.
• Integrate LLMs, external APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Implement RAG, knowledge retrieval, and structured data extraction.
• Build reliable, secure systems with proper testing, logging, and monitoring.
• Turn business needs into practical solutions with stakeholders and dev teams.
• Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks and bring in what works.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years in full-stack or at least backend development.
• Strong Python or Node.js/TypeScript, with REST API and third-party integration experience.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based apps or AI agents (OpenAI or other providers).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Understanding of tool calling, structured outputs, context management, and RAG.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Track record of deploying and debugging production applications.
• Experience building recruitment or sales agents (a plus, not required)
• WordPress development, especially adding AI features to existing WordPress sites (a plus, not required)
