Job summary

You will build agents on Claude Agent SDK and open frameworks, implement RAG pipelines, measure performance, and work with Laravel and Node engineers to move AI features into production.

Qualifications

• Two or more years writing Python or TypeScript in production.
• Hands-on experience with at least one LLM provider API and one agent or orchestration framework.
• A habit of measuring performance and knowing how to detect when an agent degrades.

Responsibilities

• Design and run agent systems for clients with harnesses, tools, evaluations and human-review loops.
• Build agents on the Claude Agent SDK and open frameworks with audit trails.
• Write evaluation sets before the agent exists and keep them current.
• Instrument traces, spend, latency, failures, and replay; build reliable systems.
