This is a full-time on-site role for an Aftersales Engineer located in Lahore at SENFENG PAKISTAN.

The Aftersales Engineer will be responsible for handling technical issues and providing support to customers after the sale is complete. They will also work with other departments within the company to resolve any product defects and provide training to customers in the use and maintenance of the products

Job Specification

Previous experience in technical sales, aftersales support, or technical customer service.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and technical information to non-technical customers.

Experience in the use of computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer management tools such as Salesforce.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Experience in the use and maintenance of mechanical or electrical equipment, or other similar experience.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and record-keeping skills.

Familiarity with the industrial sector, materials processing or laser cutting is a plus.
