Qualifikationen

• BBA/MBA required.
• 01 to 03 years of experience in admin and procurement management.
• Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Manages the day-to-day work of the Admin & Procurement department.
• Oversee office activities and maintenance.
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Maintain and regularly update the asset register of all office equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Organize and supervise office activities (recycling, renovations, office & equipment maintenance, etc.)
• Follow up with the Accounts department to ensure the timely processing of vendor invoices.
