Responsibilities

• Ensure all corporate standards relevant to administration and logistics are implemented.
• Ensure optimum level of administrative support and guidance to all departments.
• Ensure efficient and effective supervision of administrative functions.
• Manage overall administration, office equipment, and fleet.
• Handle travel management and building repair and maintenance.
• Review and analyze administrative policies and suggest changes.
• Implement strategies for efficient utilization of assets and resources.
• Propose disposal strategies for company's assets while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
