Job Title: Admin & Data Entry Officer

Location: Kharian Liaison Office, Pakistan

Position Summary

The Admin & Data Entry Officer is essential to run the smooth functioning of the Admin Department. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, handle procurement and vendor management, ensure timely approvals and documentation, and perform general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate records of all Admin department inventories, and ensure inventories are regularly updated and aligned with company needs in collaboration with the Accounts department.
  2. Data Entry:
    Accurately enter financial data, including vouchers, receipts, and bills, into the company's database or data entry software, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
    Ensure that data entries are well-organized and easily accessible for reference, reporting, and audits.
  3. Kitchen Menu Preparation:
    Assist in coordinating kitchen-related functions, including menu preparation as planned by the management.
  4. Vendor Correspondence:
    Provide letters and correspondence to vendors, in coordination with the HR department, as needed.
  5. Other Duties:
    Perform duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
  3. Hands-on experience on In-page & MS Office specially advance excel.
  4. Basic understanding of financial transactions and records (vouchers, receipts, bills etc.)
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
