HR Business Solutions is seeking an Account Director/Assistant Manager Accounts for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will manage financial reports, budgets, and daily accounting operations, guiding junior staff and coordinating with departments to ensure compliant financial practices.

The role requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee cash flow, audits, and financial decision-making in a dynamic retail marketing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• CPA/CMA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances.
• Support the Accounts Manager in financial decision-making processes.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial practices align with business goals.
