INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to join the Finance and Accounts team in Lahore. This role ensures accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting across industries, supporting strategic decision-making.

You will lead invoice validation, PO/GRN checks, three-way matching, and timely payments while maintaining vendor relationships and assisting in monthly and yearly closings. An opportunity to grow in a global automation company awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant Accounts Payable or Finance experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial recordkeeping, invoice processing, and tax withholding requirements.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Effective communication and vendor coordination abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Aufgaben

• Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices within established timelines.
• Ensure invoices are supported by POs, GRNs, delivery receipts, and other documentation.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, GRNs, and supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Verify invoice accuracy, tax calculations, payment terms, and approvals for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain vendor payment schedules based on terms and cash flow.
• Process vendor payments through bank transfers, cheques, or other methods with proper documentation.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals and cut-offs.
