Raqbah Properties is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and assist in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and real estate financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, taxation, and relevant financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or similar).
• Excellent command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
