Job summary

ACCA Careers in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, is seeking an Accounting Associate for an onsite role with hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. You will handle core accounting tasks including bank reconciliations and invoicing, while supporting monthly close and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting/finance degree (or ACCA/ICMA finalist status), experience with QuickBooks and Excel, and strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/ICMA finalist status.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Month-end close experience or exposure to close processes.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job description

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to support our Accounts operations and grow with our team. This is an onsite role based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

What You'll Be Working On

• Reconcile credit card and bank accounts on a monthly basis
• Perform AP/AR functions such as invoicing and bill payments
• Enter journal entries for all transactions
• Assist with the roll-forward of monthly reporting packages
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare month-end financial reporting package
• Assistance with sales tax filings
• Assist with other accounting and finance projects as requested

What are we looking for?

• Accounting/Finance Degree or Certification (ACCA or ICMA Finalists)
• Experience in Quickbooks and other Accounting platforms
• Month-end close experience
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills both strong verbal and written skills
