Who Are We Looking For?

We are hiring an Accounting Assistant to support our growing team.

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for core finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing processes, procurement support, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. This position offers the opportunity to develop a broad skill set by supporting a variety of functions within the Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Process and record vendor invoices, credits, and supporting documentation.
  • Process and enter customer payments and ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems.
  • Prepare and process customer invoices, credits, and delivery documents.
Customer & Vendor Communication
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Provide timely and professional support related to payment inquiries and account issues.
Procurement Support
  • Assist with procurement activities including the preparation of purchase orders.
  • Create sales quotes and request quotes from vendors.
  • Send and manage purchase orders to vendors.
  • Source materials and services from vendors based on company needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and procurement documentation.
  • Monitor vendor performance and delivery schedules, escalating issues when necessary.
General Support
  • Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
