Job Description:

We are seeking anAccounting Analyst with a strongaccounting backgroundand exposure toprogram financeto support program management, customer invoicing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience inprofessional services environmentsand be comfortable working across accounting and finance functions.Key

Responsibilities:

Supportprogram accounting and program finance activities, working closely with program managers.

SupportAP/Expense Reporting/Payroll.

Supportcash management for the overall invoicing process.

Managecustomer invoicing, revenue recognition, and program-level financial tracking.

Performgeneral ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support.

UtilizeUnanet or similar accounting ERP systemsfor financial processing and reporting.

Assist withforecasting and budgetingactivities (for finance-focused candidates).

Conductvariance analysisand prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Develop and deliverfinancial presentations, supporting leadership and customer discussions.

Build and maintain reports usingPowerPoint and BI tools.

Required Qualifications:

Strongaccounting background(finance as a secondary focus is a plus).

Hands-on experience withprogram accounting or program finance.

Proficiency inERP systems.

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling experience.
