Job summary

Association of International Certified Professional Accountants in Karachi seeks an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for our textile manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in textile manufacturing or related industries, strong knowledge of costing, inventory, budgeting and ERP software, and advanced Excel skills. This role requires precision, teamwork and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in textile manufacturing or a related industrial environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, costing and inventory.
• Good understanding of manufacturing/textile cost structures, including yarn, fabric and production-related costs.
• Experience in budgeting, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of taxation, compliance and import/export documentation in Pakistan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory accounting.
• Monitor production costs, inventory costing and cost variances.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial data and provide useful information to Management for decision-making.

• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by Management.

Candidates CIMA Qualified or equivalent qualification/ or the finalists status shall be preferred.

Pay

Rs90,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
