Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to handle the full cycle of operational accounting for international clients. The ideal candidate must be ACCA qualified and have hands-on experience in reconciliations, financial reporting, and managing end-to-end accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle operational accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, adjustments, and accruals accurately and on time.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, supplier and customer account reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules as required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and client-specific policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely flow of financial information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ACCA Qualification (fully qualified).
• Min 5 years of experience in full-cycle operational accounting, preferably with exposure to international clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/IAS).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently during remote hours.
