Account Officer (Mall 35 Facility Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Record all financial transactions in accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly closing activities.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.
• Assist with tax compliance, GST returns, and internal/external audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
