Experience: Relevant experience in technical writing and content documentation
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, help articles, and step-by-step tutorials.
• Write clear, structured documentation explaining product features, workflows, and platform functionality.
• Develop website content that communicates technical products and their capabilities effectively.
• Understand technical concepts and translate them into content that both technical and non-technical users can understand.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain consistency in writing style, terminology, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Strong background in technical writing, content writing, documentation, or a related field.
• Excellent written English, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, including REST APIs/endpoints, integrations, and large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with SaaS products, software platforms, and product documentation.
• Ability to organize complex information into clear, easy-to-follow guides.
• Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating documentation for SaaS products or web-based platforms.
• Familiarity with knowledge bases, help centers, and user documentation tools.
• Experience writing website copy for technology products.
• A portfolio of technical documentation, user guides, or relevant writing samples.
