Job summary

3P CheckoutFull is seeking a cashier to support PT CheckoutFull operations in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate should have Intermediate education, basic cash-handling ability, and good customer-service orientation. You will process purchases, handle various payments, issue receipts, and keep the counter orderly.

Qualifications

• Intermediate (FA/FSc/I.Com) or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately through the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment transactions efficiently.
• Prepare accurate bills and issue receipts to customers.
• Maintain proper cash balances and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Follow company policies related to cash handling and transaction security.
• Assist customers with product-related queries and guide them to relevant departments when required.
• Report POS/system issues, cash discrepancies, and operational concerns to the supervisor.
• Keep the checkout counter clean and organized.
• Support overall store operations and perform other duties assigned by management.
