Role & Responsibilities

As a Zscaler administrator you are responsible for managing and configuring Zscaler security services, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), to ensure secure network access for users by implementing and maintaining policies like URL filtering, threat prevention, and access controls, while also monitoring for security incidents and collaborating with network and security teams to optimize the Zscaler platform within an organization’s infrastructure; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all Zscaler related operations and troubleshooting.

• Manage user and machines access to ZPA


• Manage IdP configurations / Administrators / Configure AppConnectors


• Maintain User Portal and Browser Access to applications


• Maintain ZPA policies (Access, Timeout, Client Forwarding, Isolation)


• Manage ZIA authentication settings / IdP configurations / Administrators
