Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with significant experience managing YouTube channels.
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, YouTube Analytics, content strategy, and channel growth.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, YouTube Studio, and other digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall YouTube growth strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end YouTube channel strategy, including content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Identify content trends, audience interests, keywords, and opportunities to increase views, subscribers, watch time, and engagement.
• Plan and manage paid media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, traffic, leads, or conversions.
• Monitor YouTube Analytics and continuously optimize content based on performance.
