Job summary

Security Bank is seeking an AccountOfficer in Manila to manage day-to-day administration and servicing of assigned accounts, including Facility & Security Agency Accounts and Mortgage Trust Indenture.

You will contribute to revenue growth through client engagement and trust fee earnings, while maintaining accurate fiduciary account management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in Legal Management.
• Background in corporate banking or relationship management is desirable.
• Ability to understand Omnibus Loans Agreements and Escrow Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service assigned accounts day-to-day, including Facility & Security Agency Accounts and Mortgage Trust Indenture.
• Contribute to volume and revenue growth through client engagement and trust fee earnings.
• Ensure compliance and accurate administration of fiduciary and escrow accounts.

About the Role

How you'll contribute

• Contributesto the volume and revenue growth targets of assigned accounts throughcontributions made and the trust fee earnings of assigned accounts,incremental business from existing accounts, and new accounts opened

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor'sDegree preferably in Legal Management
• Preferablywith a background in either of the following:
  • At least1-year experience in corporate banking experience preferably as a relationship manager. Trust exposure is not required. Or at least 1-2 year banking experience client facing or legal department.
  • Can understand the legal language of our Omnibus Loans Agreements and Escrow Agreements
  • At least 1-year experience as an account officer with exposure to other fiduciary and escrow accounts
