Job summary

Smart Outsourcing Solution in Manila seeks experienced Client Service Officers with Australian financial planning background to support Australian financial advisers with client administration, onboarding, reviews, and post-advice implementation.

The ideal candidates will have 3–4+ years of Australian financial planning experience, strong hands-on knowledge of Xplan, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end client review and new client process.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of Australian financial planning administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Xplan.
• Ability to manage end-to-end client reviews and onboarding independently.
• Strong communication in English and meticulous records handling.
• Experience liaising with insurers and financial product providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client review process, including pre-review prep and post-advice implementation.
• Manage end-to-end new client onboarding from initial admin to documentation completion.
• Prepare client files, reports, and information for adviser reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date client information in Xplan.
• Coordinate insurance applications from submission to completion.
• Liaise with insurers regarding requirements and underwriting status.
• Monitor applications and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with advisers, clients, product providers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure tasks are completed within required turnaround times.
