JOB SUMMARY

The Foreman/Leadman is responsible for controlling the release of repaired units to customers after it passes the specified TMP Standards and work described in Job Repair Order.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise workshop operation including Kodawari, EM and PPE compliance;
• Conduct diagnosis on units with technician. Perform road test if necessary.
• Monitor and assist technicians on repair progress and technical problems;
• Train/coach to improve the ability of team members and their efficiency;
• Coordinate and communicate towards Service Advisors about all parts to be replaced and recommendations;
• Coordinate with Job Controller on the status of the parts' availability;
• Performs final check-up on units repaired to meet customer satisfaction;
• Coordinate with Warranty Section regarding parts under warranty;
• Monitor group workshop sales performance to increase productivity;
• Maintain 5s in the workshop sales performance to increase productivity;
• Participate in Small Group Activities;
• Promote Safety Awareness at all times in the workshop; and
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least 2 year Vocational course
• With minimum experience of 3 years as Foreman/Leadman
• Willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City
• Can start ASAP
