OAMPI Inc. in Makati is seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to support employee health and wellbeing. The role focuses on clinical care, wellness guidance, and coordinating health services for staff onsite.

The successful candidate will conduct clinic consultations, provide first aid, manage vaccinations as required, maintain medical records, and assist HR with pre-employment exams and health-related admin. This on-site role requires a registered nurse with PRC license and strong communication

Competenze

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
• Experience as a Company Nurse is preferred.
• BLS, ACLS and BOSH certifications are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays.

• Provide clinic consultations and basic treatment to employees.
• Administer first aid and emergency care when necessary.
• Dispense medicines for common illnesses and minor injuries.
• Conduct health counseling and employee health education.
• Administer vaccinations as required.
• Promote employee wellness initiatives and healthy lifestyle programs.
• Prepare and disseminate health advisories, alerts, and awareness campaigns.
• Verify medical and fit-to-work certificates.
• Assist employees with HMO-related concerns, including enrollment, utilization, updates, and inquiries.
• Support planning and implementation of clinic programs and healthcare initiatives.
• Maintain clinic supplies and medicine inventory.
• Coordinate and process pre-employment medical examinations.
