Job summary

Aprio Philippines Incorporated is seeking a licensed nurse to support an in-house occupational health clinic in Makati. You will conduct onsite and telehealth health assessments, coordinate with HMOs, and maintain accurate medical records for billing and compliance.

You will also design wellness initiatives, educate employees on health topics, and ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards and data privacy requirements as part of a broader risk-management and wellbeing program.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with BSN and active RN license.
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety standards, and DOLE requirements.
• Experience coordinating with HMOs and external providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and telehealth nursing assessments and health checks.
• Maintain medical inventory, reports, and billing-ready documentation.
• Design and implement wellness programs and health education campaigns.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of medical records.
