Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Resource Planner to join our Workforce Team in Cebu City. You will support intraday staffing, scheduling, tracking, and execution of staffing plans to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day Workforce Management activities, monitoring KPIs, maintaining employee data accuracy, and planning new hire schedules while tracking shift availability. Strong analytical skills and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• University or College Degree in a related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Marketing, Communications or Business).
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple software platforms (Aspect, Teleopti, Genesys).
• High accuracy in data entry and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities in Workforce Management.
• Manage schedules, exceptions, data tracking and Service Levels.
• Monitor daily KPIs to diagnose trends and adjust staffing as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee information in systems.
• Plan and create new hire schedules while tracking shift availability.
• Prepare reports by program as required.
