Job summary

Qualfon is seeking a Workforce Supervisor in Cebu City to lead the site Workforce functions, including headcount management, forecasting, reporting, capacity planning, and strategic process improvements. You will supervise a team of Real-Time Analysts, Workforce Analysts, Schedulers, and Reporting Analysts, ensuring client and internal requirements are met and service levels are achieved.

The role emphasizes people leadership, analytics, and collaboration with Operations leaders.

Qualifications

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Management or a computer-related course
Must know database management and spreadsheet software, as well as MS Office applications (MS Access, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint)
2-4 years of experience in the Workforce field

Responsibilities

Team Management: lead Real-Time Analysts, Workforce Analysts, Schedulers, and Reporting Analysts.
Ensure timely, accurate RTA deliverables and reporting.
Forecasting: run short- and long-term headcount and FTE forecasts (weekly, monthly, yearly).
Capacity Planning: ensure sufficient seat capacity and optimal site utilization.
Collaboration: attend meetings with Ops leaders and client stakeholders.
Learning & Development: mentor reports and seek productivity improvements.
