Job summary

Enshored is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support trust & safety and compliance initiatives within a 24/7 operation. You will leverage Zendesk to manage escalations, investigations, and sensitive cases while maintaining high professionalism and accurate documentation.

Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication are required, with Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in tech accounts or ride-sharing is a plus, and the role involves rotating shifts in a fast-paced

Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience working with CRM systems such as Zendesk

Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating shifts

Previous experience in escalations, investigations, Trust & Safety, or compliance roles is considered an advantage

Preferably handled escalations and investigations with Tech account or ride sharing background
