Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Workforce Management, Reporting, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, or analytics.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and annual workload forecasts and staffing plans.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports for decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders on forecast assumptions.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities from data.
• Provide insights to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Support regular Reporting activities for assigned lines of business.
• Build relationships with partners ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Suggest policy/process improvements to reduce costs.
• Utilize Power BI, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SAS, and Excel for analysis.

We at Coforge BPS are hiring for a LOB Workforce Capacity Planner I with the following skillset:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain monthly and annual workload forecasts and staffing capacity plans for assigned departments.
• Prepare and generate standard and ad hoc reports to support business and operational decision-making.
• Monitor, reconcile, and report on key performance metrics to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Operations and business stakeholders to align forecast assumptions and workforce plans.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities for assigned lines of business.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners while ensuring objectivity and reporting accuracy.
• Identify and communicate policy, process, and operational improvements that can reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Utilize reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SAS, and Microsoft Excel to perform regular and ad hoc analyses.
• Present findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workforce Management, Reporting, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SAS, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Contact Center, Banking, Financial Services, BPO, or Shared Services operations.
• Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, staffing models, capacity planning, and forecasting principles.
• Experience developing dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
