Job summary

ACTIVEONE HEALTH, INC. is seeking a Workforce Associate to design staffing models and schedule clinic staff to maintain daily efficiency. You will provide data and analysis to ensure staffing levels meet clinic needs while supporting Operations and the business.

• Collect, review, analyze, and interpret relevant data to identify challenges in the workforce.
• Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs.
• Provide recommendations to improve the workforce to reduce overheads and increase client experience.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on a variety of Client metrics.
• Provide periodic reports and data trends containing performance data to support Operations.
• Respond to Service Level variations.
• Maintain employee records in the database.
• Ensure all open shifts are properly staffed.
• Handle employee timekeeping report.

The WFM Associate will provide the data and analysis to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to handle the clinic staff requirement while also meeting the needs of Operations and the business.
