Job summary

Vivantify is seeking a Workday Testing Specialist with around 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday functional and integration testing. The role focuses on validating modules, business processes, and extensions while ensuring test coverage and security requirements.

The candidate will create test data, execute test plans, document defects, and support Workday Extend Apps testing. Collaboration with project teams and consistent communication on progress and blockers are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Workday testing experience.
• Experience across Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Time Off and Security.
• Ability to create test data and validate integrations.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing across multiple Workday HCM modules.
• Conduct Workday integration testing with external systems.
• Create Workday test data for integration and functional testing.
• Test Workday Business Processes and Workday Extend apps.
• Analyze requirements, create test plans, execute tests, and document defects.
• Maintain traceability and execution reports; manage QA artifacts.
