Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City, Metro Manila, invites an experienced Workday professional to join our expanding Workday HCM Delivery Team. The role focuses on Absence and Benefits within a hybrid environment, with in-office days two per week.

Qualifications

• Workday HCM expertise, especially Absence and Benefits.
• Hands-on experience delivering Workday functional design in consulting or in-house teams.

• Experienced in Agile (Scrum) environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration across functional areas from design to deployment.
• Provide SME guidance to stakeholders, project teams, and BAU support on Workday solutions.
• Contribute to HR Solutions delivery roadmap with regular development cycles.
• Perform gap analysis and stakeholder engagement to influence decisions.
• Coach junior colleagues and collaborate with internal and third-party teams.

Work schedule

Monday to Friday, 2PM to 10PM Manila time, overlapping with UK operating hours. Some flexibility can also be offered depending on business needs and agreement with the line manager.

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Workday Engineer to join our expanding Workday HCM Technical Delivery Team. What will you do as a Workday Senior Engineer?

Reporting to the Workday Delivery Manager, your accountabilities will include:

• Leading and contributing to Workday configuration across one or more functional areas, from design through to deployment.
• Providing subject-matter expertise to guide business stakeholders, project teams, and BAU support teams on Workday solutions.
• Contributing to the HR Solutions delivery roadmap through regular development and release cycles.
• Performing gap analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to influence effective decision-making.
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues while collaborating closely with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to ensure high‑quality delivery.
