Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Workday Specialist to advance global HR reporting infrastructure from the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering workforce insights, building reports, dashboards, and scheduled outputs to support business goals and people experience.

You will lead requirements gathering, create and test reporting solutions, mentor teammates, and partner with HR teams to ensure accurate, timely data across countries while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree desirable or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Workday reporting or related experience.
• Experience gathering and evaluating business requirements.
• Ability to work through ambiguous requirements.
• Experience developing comprehensive reporting solutions.
• Exposure to various HR departments (HR, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participates in requirements gathering for new Workday reporting requests.
• Assists in creating project plans and level-of-effort estimates.
• Creates and maintains custom reports and calculated fields.
• Designs dashboards, alerts, and scheduled reports.
• Tests and validates reporting solutions for accuracy.
• Educates end-users on reporting capabilities and enhancements.
• Mentors team members on best practices.
