Job summary

GCash in the Philippines is seeking a Workday integration specialist to design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and related tools. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to deliver reliable data exchanges and drive HR tech improvements within a leading FinTech environment.

Responsibilities include health checks, tenant migrations across Sandbox to Production, and implementing secure data transfers.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on Workday integration development in production or project environments.
Foundational knowledge of Workday integration tools: Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors for inbound/outbound data.
Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON.
Understanding of Workday ecosystem and technical data transport vs HR processes.
Knowledge of security and cloud connectivity concepts: authentication profiles, certificates, secure file transfers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to influence the integration roadmap and align tech solutions.
Perform health checks, monitor runs, logs, and API timeouts to ensure data exchange reliability.
Execute tenant migrations across Sandbox, Implementation, and Production using migration tools.
Assist in technical architecture design, mapping data flows, and secure data transmissions (e.g., SFTP, certificates).
Design, build, test, and maintain custom integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
Document procedures, runbooks, data mappings, and system diagrams for IT teams.
